How do I redeem a Redemption Ticket?

Contact GM Genesis [jorgeluisf350#6842] through Discord or by filing a ticket on the channel.
Inform him that you would like to redeem a reward using your Redemption Ticket.
Provide the corresponding item number of the reward you wish to claim.
Wait for confirmation and delivery.
